I was born Samantha Marine on December 8th, at a hospital in New Jersey, amidst 12 newborn baby boys.

Since then, I've received a BFA in film production at the SUNY Purchase Film Conservatory, and crewed for several films, reality TV shows and a web series. I'm currently working on the script for my first feature. Some would probably call it "character-driven." I'm also mastering the art of brevity.

Every Saturday I showcase a video work made by artists or colleagues @ my blog, and include 4 other Youtube videos, often strange, forgotten or overlooked, that I think accompany the piece. Check it out if you like stuff.

I enjoy New York, rock shows, Rock Band, beerfests, having dreams, foreign films, non-foreign films, foreignors and the song "Juke Box Hero."
